Business Advisor
Young Enterprise is a national charity that helps young people to succeed in the changing world of work.
The YE programme offers young people the opportunity to work with teachers, parents, businesses and influencers to help build skills, knowledge and confidence.
My role as a YE Business Advisor is to provide support for London Borough of Sutton schools taking part in the programme. As the teams develop their businesses, I guide them through the process of creating a brand and an online presence.
Previous business initiatives have included Bee-uniq's upcycled hand-crafted products sold to support the UK's bee population, and Rosadé's campaign to raise awareness of domestic violence. It's very rewarding to take part and make a difference on both a local and national scale.
